His writing is imbued with a commitment to telling the story accurately and honestly, with his passion for the culinary world always in evidence. Always on the lookout for the stories that Lifestyle/Eatdrink should be telling, he helped shape the magazine both under his byline and behind the scenes for 15 years.
Chef and food writer Bryan Lavery contributed a foreword, writing and editorial support and a summary of local culinary history to the Forest City Cookbook. He also supported the project through his deep community ties and advocacy for the London region’s farm-to-table and local food movement.
